Professional Journey
For the past 20 years, I have specialized in transforming dense, complex enterprise challenges into intuitive, user-centered digital products. I discovered my passion for this discipline in 2007 at Capgemini, where a formal certification in User-Centered Design completely shifted my approach to software engineering.
My career is defined by a 16-year journey at fintech powerhouse Fiserv. As part of their core UXCOE team, I spearheaded the design of financial systems handling millions of daily transactions. My tenure bridged global environments, featuring 7.5 years of high-stakes onsite delivery in New Jersey, Denver, and Schaumburg, alongside extensive remote cross-functional leadership.
Recently, I stepped into the startup world with HHI Outsourcing to architect enterprise UX frameworks from scratch. With the startup's foundational design strategy now securely in place, I am seeking my next challenge: partnering with an established organization to scale complex platforms, mentor design talent, and drive measurable business value through UX.
