About Me
Two decades of transforming complex enterprise challenges into elegant, user-centered solutions
Professional Journey
20 years of making enterprise software work for the people who actually use it.
The Work
I design at the intersection of business complexity and user reality — financial systems, insurance platforms, healthcare tools, and automotive applications used by millions daily.
At Fiserv (16 years), I was part of the core UX Center of Excellence, designing BFSI platforms where design errors aren't just frustrating — they're costly. Seven and a half of those years were spent onsite across the US, embedded with product, engineering, and compliance teams. That proximity taught me where enterprise UX really gets decided — and how to protect it.
Before that, Capgemini gave me global enterprise roots across automotive and technology clients. Most recently at HHI Outsourcing, I built a UX practice from the ground up — strategy, systems, and foundations — in startup time.

Design Frameworks
Structured clarity for enterprise complexity

The result is a system that teams can follow, stakeholders can trust, and users can navigate without guesswork.
Enterprise UX Decision Framework
The four-phase framework that powers every engagement
Design Philosophy
Complexity is the domain. Clarity is the craft.
Enterprise Clarity in Practice
Every pixel in an enterprise interface carries weight. My approach strips away the noise until only the essential decision path remains — then surfaces it with precision. Whether it's a BFSI dashboard serving millions or a workflow platform streamlining cross-functional teams, the principle is the same: reduce cognitive load, amplify user agency.
I design for decision velocity — simplifying complex workflows so users can act with confidence, not hesitation. The goal is always the same: make the right path the clearest one.
"Design isn't just about how something looks — it's about how confidently someone can make the next right decision." — Yogeshwar Singh, UX Design Architect
