For over 15 years, I've worked in UX Design, wearing many hats depending on the project requirements, including desk research, conducting interviews, contextual inquiry, rapid sketches, POC, wireframe, lo/hi-fidelity prototypes, and working closely with stakeholders. Being a one-man design team many times.

I've worked on a variety of projects across domains, providing design solutions for small, mid, and large-scale applications for desktop, tablet, and mobile platforms.

Integrated Insurance Platform (IIP)

An Integrated servicing platform for the Property and Casualty (P&C) insurance Industry. Worked on Client Management, Distribution Channel, Claims and Case Management Modules . Conducted User Research, user interviews, and focus groups.

Role: I was part of the product design team, working alongside other ux and visual designers.

Responsibility: Conducted requirement gathering sessions, conducted interviews, created user persona, worked on ux design concepts, created interactive click-thru prototypes, visual mock-ups, created design pattern library and UX Specification Document.

Automated Underwriting

A web-based, scalable life insurance solution for new business and automated underwriting. It automates underwriting, optimizes workflow, and handles the entire new business process for carriers and their distribution networks.

Role: I was only ux designer in the team, working on ux, interaction and visual design.

Responsibility: I was responsible for requirement gathering, conducted interviews, created user persona, worked on ux design concepts, created interactive click thru prototypes, visual mock ups, created design pattern library and UX Specification Document.

Life Insurance Application

A web based application for applying Life Insurance either by the consumer or agents. I have designed experience for this application for clients like AllState, Aviva and SECU Credit Union.

Role: I was only ux designer in the team, working on ux, interaction and visual design.

Online Payment Portal for Schools

An online financial platform to facilitate financial transactions between schools and payers for students.

Role: For over 6 months I was leading a team of 2 ux designer and 1 visual designer for this application.

Responsibility: I was responsible for requirement gathering, created user personas, worked on ux design concepts, created interactive click thru prototypes, as Individual contributor I designed experience for Shopping Card flow and admin user flow. I was also leading team for ux design of School User flow and Visual Design.

Online Banking Application

The Project was to create Online Banking Application for Synchrony Bank. A responsive, accessible end-to-end service offering for its consumers.

Role: For around 18 months, I was leading a team of UI Developers and Accessibility Engineers..

Responsibility: I was responsible for UI development of responsive Front End UI admin and consumer side both. I was also leading the effort of Accessibility Audit for ADA Compliance. From UX design perspective, I have designed the Send Money Flow for Synchrony Bank, it was integration of Fiserv's Transfer Now application.

Mobile Application for Merchants Cash Management

It was a web based application for Merchants about Cash Management solution that reduces the time consuming manual processes associated with merchants ordering and depositing cash.

Role: I was only ux designer in the team, working on ux, interaction and visual design.

Responsibility: I was responsible for requirement gathering, conducted interviews, created user persona, worked on ux design concepts, created interactive click thru prototypes, visual mock ups, created design pattern library and UX Specification Document.

Bill Payment Application

Bill Payments aplication was a multichannel payment solutions available. It allows customers to make one-time web, mobile, IVR and agent assisted payments.

Role: I was part of the UX Design team working on the enhancement of the application.

Responsibility: I was responsible for requirement gathering, worked on ux design concepts, created interactive click thru prototypes, visual mock ups, and UX Specification Document.
